Currently serving as a Senior Commercial Manager at one of Egypt’s leading construction companies, I bring to the table 20 years of rich experience in the construction industry. My journey began with hands-on involvement in construction site operations, where I spent 7 transformative years. This was followed by a 13-year stint specializing in pricing and construction contracts, honing my skills and expertise in the field.

In addition to my professional responsibilities, I have also been a lecturer in Cost & Contract Management within my company, sharing my knowledge and insights with my colleagues. This passion for teaching extends beyond the confines of my workplace. I run a YouTube channel where I share my expertise and experiences with a wider audience, helping them understand the nuances of the construction industry.
