Dr. Vyamasani Shravani is an Assistant Professor of Entomology at SR University, Warangal, with strong expertise in Nematology, Integrated Pest Management (IPM), and sustainable crop protection. She holds a Ph.D. in Nematology from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU), where her research focused on developing eco-friendly biocontrol strategies against root-knot nematodes and Fusarium wilt disease complex.

With over 7 peer-reviewed research papers, 4 book chapters, international conference presentations, and a published Indian patent, she has contributed significantly to advancements in agricultural science. She is the recipient of multiple prestigious awards, including Young Scientist Award (2025), Gold Medals for highest OGPA, ICAR National Talent Scholarship, and All India Rank 11 in ICAR AIEEA-Ph.D. examination.

Dr. Shravani has hands-on expertise in molecular techniques, fungal and bacterial culture handling, genome analysis, bioinformatics tools (molecular docking & simulation), and nematode diagnostics. She has conducted extensive in vitro, greenhouse, and field-level nematode management studies.

As a faculty member, she teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses, mentors student research projects, and contributes to curriculum development. Her teaching approach blends concept clarity, field practicality, interactive digital content, and research-backed insights, making complex topics easy to understand for learners.
