I'm Shwetha, a product leader with over 6 years of experience across fintech, banking, and enterprise systems and the person who spent the last two years deliberately building the bridge between "traditional PM" and "AI PM."

My background sits in an unusual place: I've worked hands-on with legacy financial infrastructure core banking systems at FIS Global, Unisys mainframe modernization at Hexaware, and enterprise consulting at KPMG spanning Oracle Fusion HCM and AML/KYC/FFIEC compliance work while also leading product analytics and requirements for systems that increasingly need to talk to AI. That combination is rare, and it's exactly the gap most "AI product management" content online doesn't fill: plenty of people can explain what a large language model is, far fewer have actually shipped product decisions inside a regulated, legacy-heavy environment where those models have to earn their place.

I hold an MBA from Bharathiar University and a B.E. in Computer Science from Anna University, and I'm the author of Enterprise Re-Imagined, on modernizing legacy enterprise systems.
