Hi, I'm Simon — an osteopath, educator, and certified Pain Reprocessing Therapist with over two decades of experience helping people move beyond chronic pain.
I qualified as an osteopath in 2005 after completing a four-year degree at The British School of Osteopathy (now the University College of Osteopathy). Before that, I worked as a biochemist and spent ten years as a science teacher, including time in PhD research in education — experience that now shapes how I teach and explain complex ideas clearly and practically.
I hold a Master of Science in Pain Management from Cardiff University School of Medicine, and I currently lecture at the London School of Osteopathy. My research and clinical interests are centered on chronic pain, and I've been published in international peer-reviewed journals on the subject.
In my clinical practice, I combine an evidence-based approach with training in Pain Reprocessing Therapy and Western Medical Acupuncture/dry needling, helping patients address chronic pain from both a physical and mind-body perspective.
I created this course to bring the same step-by-step framework I use with my own patients to anyone looking for a structured, evidence-informed path out of chronic pain — wherever they are in the world.
