Hi, I’m Sorin Vesa — and I live and breathe combat sports.
I started practicing Shotokan Karate at just 4 years old and became a World Champion, a 7-time Romanian national champion, and a member of the national karate team.

At 18, I moved into kickboxing, where I’ve since competed in over 50 amateur and pro fights, again earning my spot on Romania’s national team.

Now, I’m here to share everything I’ve learned — the mindset, the discipline, and the technique — to help you train like a fighter, whether you’re just starting or levelling up.
