I work at the intersection of customers, sales, marketing, and business growth.
For more than 15 years, I have been involved in building and improving commercial processes across different business contexts, including customer analysis, segmentation, sales funnels, positioning, and growth decisions. My core focus is practical business clarity: helping teams and business owners understand who actually buys from them, why people buy, where money is lost, and how to turn that understanding into better decisions.
In my work, I focus less on abstract theory and more on real operating logic: customer profiles, interviews, buying triggers, objections, conversion points, repeat sales, and measurable metrics. I am especially interested in the gap between “we think we know our customer” and what customers actually do in real buying situations.
This course is built from that perspective. It is designed to help entrepreneurs, managers, and operators build a clearer, more structured understanding of their customers and use it to improve sales, marketing, and growth.
I teach in a direct, practical format and aim to give frameworks that can be applied immediately in a real business, not just discussed in theory.
