Stephanie Cox is a dynamic leader known for her authentic and inspiring leadership style, dedicated to enabling individuals to reach their full potential. While in college, Stephanie experienced firsthand the challenges of finding an internship. She worked while attending college, juggling a full-time course load, and with little guidance or connections to navigate finding an internship or job. She had determination and persistence to figure out what worked. After successful interviews, she landed two internships during her junior and senior years with Fortune 500 companies. These internships helped narrow her focus to what types of jobs she was interested in and enabled her to stand out amongst her peers when seeking a full-time role after graduation.

Fast forward years later in her career, Stephanie was the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for SLB, responsible for the company’s world-renowned global recruiting and training organization that recruited thousands of talented interns and full-time students each year. Having coached and supported students through the complex recruitment process, Stephanie shares her valuable expertise and tips to help students obtain that important internship that can help springboard their future job opportunities.
