Steve is the Director of Project Management at Novarc. He brings more than 15 years of experience in project engineering and project management within the manufacturing industry. Over the course of his career, Steve has led multi-million-dollar, cross-functional projects and developed a strong foundation in operational excellence, technical problem-solving, and strategic project delivery. Prior to joining Novarc, Steve worked as a Project Manager in the manufacturing sector in both Malaysia and Canada, where he successfully delivered major engineering initiatives and supported continuous improvement across production environments. Steve holds a Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering and a Master’s degree in Nanofiber Engineering from the University of British Columbia. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP),  a Project Management Office Certified Practitioner (PMOCP) and a Certified Professional in Managing AI (CPMAI).
