Produced 12 Ph.D. scholars and taught for over 18 hours a week with engagement in admin. activities and research guidance. Importantly, quality teaching based on research output has been the motto and advocated for punctuality, discipline and attention in physical and online classes. Assessment is critical for the benefit of the students. Course contents and syllabus up-gradation was routinely done as Class Teacher, Dean of Faculty and Chairman Board of Studies. Students appreciated my lectures and performed well in classes and career thereafter. Friendly approach has helped intermixing with colleagues and student groups. These were some of the criteria that led to securing NAAC "A" grade by our University (Rani Durgavati University, Jabalpur).
