I’ve been immersed in the world of energy healing since 2012, exploring various modalities to support emotional well-being, embodiment, and self-discovery. About four years ago, I became a certified Reiki practitioner—and from the moment I began working with this beautiful energy, something clicked. Reiki brought me a deep sense of peace, clarity, and inner love that felt both powerful and gentle.

Over the years, I’ve developed unique ways to use Reiki not only for healing, but for everyday radiance—supporting emotional balance, softening the nervous system, and inviting a return to the self. In my courses, I share how Reiki can be used as a loving ritual for beauty, glow, and well-being, inside and out.
