Swetha N is a Medical Biochemist, educator, and researcher with 5 years of academic experience in medical education. She is associated with the Department of Biochemistry at Sri Sathya Sai Medical College and Research Institute, SBV Chennai Campus, Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth University, Pondicherry – 607 402, where she contributes to undergraduate teaching, research, academic publications, and institutional initiatives. She has also served on the editorial committee of the institute's internal newsletter Saigenesis and currently coordinates the SBV Chronicle newsletter.
She holds a Master's degree in Medical Biochemistry from SRM Medical College, SRM University, graduating with distinction and securing the University First Rank along with a Gold Medal. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Medical Biochemistry at Shri Sathya Sai Medical College and Research Institute.
Her academic interests span clinical biochemistry, cancer biology, microbiology, quality control and medical research. She has authored multiple peer-reviewed research publications covering areas such as polycystic ovarian syndrome, breast cancer biomarkers, cerebrovascular disorders, and laboratory diagnostics. Her research has also been recognized through an ICMR Short-Term Studentship (STS) project and presentations at national scientific conferences, including the Indian Science Congress.
