Terry has also led and participated in numerous donor-funded international development projects across the former Soviet Union, Eastern Europe, and Asia, working extensively with USAID, USDA, EC, UN, and the World Bank. His expertise spans strategic planning, financial analysis, marketing, human resource development, and operational management.
As an educator, Terry has taught entrepreneurship, international business, finance, marketing, and innovation in MBA programs at Washington State University and the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management. He has delivered high-impact training workshops and lectures on business management and marketing in various international settings, including Kazakhstan and Russia.
Terry's extensive consulting work demonstrates his dedication to fostering business growth and development. He has provided critical support to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and NGOs, helping them navigate complex business environments, secure funding, and implement sustainable growth strategies. His leadership in multi-million-dollar country development and business consulting projects has driven significant economic progress in Eastern Europe, the Russian Federation, and Central Asia.
Terry holds a BA in Marketing from Southeast Louisiana University and an MBA in Management from the University of Idaho. He is also a Certified Profit Mastery Facilitator and Certified Business Advisor.
