As the founder of Driving Equity Consulting, she partners with organizations to design strategic, data-informed solutions that center community voice and disrupt structural inequities. Her work spans healthcare systems, nonprofits, and government agencies always with a focus on systems transformation, leadership development, and accountability to those most impacted.
