My name is Thomas Ortensi. I’m an SAP Business Unit Manager and Mentor with hands-on experience working in international SAP consulting environments.

I’ve worked on real SAP ERP projects across different countries, supporting companies in designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP solutions. Through my own experience and by mentoring others, I’ve seen the early years of an SAP career many times, and I know the common challenges beginners and junior professionals face.

My teaching approach is practical, realistic, and experience-driven. I don’t focus on memorizing transactions or teaching a single SAP module. Instead, I teach module-independent methodologies, ways of working, and mental models that successful SAP professionals use every day, regardless of their role or project.
