Hello, my name is Ray Cleghorn. I have written and published several books and articles, while serving in both industrial and ministerial positions that included teaching before retiring to the Fort Worth Texas area. Presently I am continuing to write books and articles and create instructional video courses.

I have written and published six books in both eBook and Print Book format. I used scrivener for many of them, both to write the entire manuscript as well as to publish already completed manuscripts.

When I first attempted to use Scrivener, I felt the learning curve was too steep to make it worthwhile. I almost abandoned it because of its immensity.

After a couple of months layoff from using it, I ventured back in and discovered that I could successfully use it to publish my work if I would just disregard the unnecessary information and locate and use only the information necessary to publish my book.

Most courses on Scrivener seek to explain all of the many functions that Scrivener can perform but this course is unlike  other Scrivener courses in that it simply gives you a step by step guide to learn and use only the things necessary to publish your literary work.
