Welcome — I'm Tim Young FCIPS, Founder of Young Procurement.

With over 25 years of hands-on experience across public and private sectors, I've helped hundreds of professionals prepare for and pass their CIPS exams at every level from L3 to L6.

I'm a CIPS Fellow, qualified tutor, and former CIPS examiner — which means I know exactly what the assessors are looking for, where the questions are designed to catch you out, and how to help you think like an examiner rather than just a student.

I'm also autistic, and I think that shapes how I teach. I'm direct, precise, and I genuinely care about getting things right. You won't get vague reassurances from me — you'll get honest, focused preparation that reflects how the real exams actually work.

My practice tests through Young Procurement are built to mirror the real CIPS objective response format — scenario-based questions, realistic distractors, and 60 questions per test. Every test is designed to surface your weak areas, build your confidence, and make sure you're not walking into the exam room encountering question styles for the first time.
