Hi, I'm Tom. I began my career as an advertising copywriter, where I spent over 20 years writing for brands - including Heineken, Ford, Smirnoff and the NHS. It taught me how to communicate clearly, engage an audience, and information memorable.

I later moved into education and now have 10 years of teaching experience across mainstream classrooms, with a specialism in EFL and ESL. I currently teach at an international school and hold a variety of formal teaching qualification, including specialist training in cooperative learning techniques.

I am also a published educational researcher and the founder of Ethical English - an education platform focused on research, teacher training, free education, and classroom resource design.
