After university Tom spent a few years living in Japan before working for the Green Party in Norwich where he was elected to the council and then became Lord Mayor at the ripe old age of twenty-nine.

After a while he realised that none of that was making him any money, so he started investing in property full-time in 2012. Since then he’s tried his hand at all sorts of different strategies, but particularly likes blocks of apartments as they are exciting to do and (relatively) hassle free once they are finished.

Having built his portfolio, Tom has spent time in the last couple of years systemising a lot of what he does so that he can do more things he really enjoys, such as travel and not dreading Sunday evenings.
