Tom Tschirner headed the Market & Liquidity Risk department of ING Germany for more than 10 years. In that role, he owned the Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB) framework of the bank and was in charge of the behavioral modeling of client products like retail deposits, mortgages, and consumer loans.
