She is the founder of DECIDE, a consultancy dedicated to strengthening decision capability in complex environments. Tremaine has advised senior leaders across banking, energy, healthcare, and public policy. Her work spans Asia, the Middle East, and Europe, where she collaborates with global business schools, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement agencies to design smarter decision systems and challenge unconscious bias in high-stakes decisions.
Tremaine holds a PhD in Decision Science, an MSc in Financial Economics, and qualifications in informatics, capital markets, and the performing arts. She is the author or co-author of five books, including the upcoming “Making the Right Call: A Leader’s Guide to Ethical Decision-Making” (Routledge, 2025).
