Dr. Veeraswamy Gollamudi is a seasoned academician, researcher, and dedicated educator with strong expertise in Civil Engineering, Engineering Geology, Geochemistry, Building Materials, Environmental Applications, and Geospatial Technologies. He currently serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at Narsimha Reddy Engineering College (NRCM), Hyderabad, and has over a decade of teaching and research experience at reputed engineering institutions.

He holds a Ph.D. in Geology from Andhra University, with doctoral research focused on Ore Mineralogy and Geochemistry of Manganese Deposits, and has previously served as a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) and Senior Research Fellow (SRF) under sponsored research programs. His academic foundation enables him to effectively integrate geological sciences with civil engineering applications, particularly in areas such as construction materials, environmental engineering, groundwater studies, and sustainable infrastructure development.

Dr. Gollamudi has authored peer-reviewed journal articles, conference papers, and a textbook on building materials for sustainable construction, contributing to interdisciplinary research spanning civil engineering, geosciences, and environmental studies. He has actively participated in Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), national and international conferences, workshops, and training programs, including specialized training in RS & GIS applications, geospatial data analysis, and natural resource management sponsored by Government of India agencies.

A strong advocate of practice-oriented and research-driven learning, Dr. Gollamudi emphasizes conceptual clarity, numerical problem-solving, and real-world engineering applications in his teaching. He is a Life Member of ISTE and IAENG, and is actively involved in academic mentoring, curriculum development, and institutional activities.

Through his commitment to education, research, and professional development, Dr. Veeraswamy Gollamudi continues to contribute to the training of competent, ethical, and future-ready civil engineers
