As a Senior Program Manager with 17+ years of experience, I work at the intersection of digital transformation, Agile leadership, and product innovation enabling engineering teams and senior leaders to improve productivity, deliver customer-centric solutions, and navigate change in an evolving digital landscape.

Over the years, I have collaborated closely with C-level executives and product leaders on complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives across data engineering, data science, healthcare, and customer experience platforms. My work has focused on translating strategy into execution shaping transformation roadmaps, facilitating planning cycles, and bringing structure and clarity to fast-moving engineering environments.

More recently, my focus has shifted to scaling AI practices within engineering teams, building on earlier experience across Agile, cloud, and DevOps transformations. I am particularly interested in what holds up at scale beyond pilots, when organizations try to turn AI investments into real, sustained impact.

Beyond delivery, I actively contribute to the Agile community as a regular conference speaker and am deeply committed to nurturing the next generation of technologists. I teach Agile Software Engineering to college students, helping them connect theory to real-world practice and sparking curiosity about how Agile and AI are shaping the future of technology.
