Over the years I have worked extensively in the field of Teacher Education, Curriculum development and assessment. I have developed various competency frameworks for capacity building exercise for stakeholders in the education at CRC,BRC and DIET. I strongly believe in the fundamental role of the teacher to actually realize change on the ground.

In 2017, I joined CSPC-TATA TRUSTS as a program consultant. Here I got the opportunity to lead a young team in intervention 20 government schools. Training ,Planning ,implementing ,documentation were core area of my work along with I developed resource centre at DIET and implemented ITE project.

These experience shaped myself as a suitable candidate to work in Indian public education domain. My intrinsic motivation propelled me for new learning and be a change maker for just, humane, equitable society. My on job experience has developed a good understanding of public education system in our country and the opportunities and challenges that exist in bringing about a change in the current scenario.
