At my core, I’m a teacher. I began my career in the classroom teaching high school math, later taught business studies at the college level—including career management and effective communication. I then transitioned to corporate learning and development where I implemented learning technologies and developed learning strategy and programs for clients that  range in size and industry.

Credentials include an M.Ed. focused on Adult Learning, post grad in Ed. Tech, and CPLP certification. Over the past several decades, I’ve worked in senior People Development roles, leading global initiatives focused on performance, engagement, and growth. I’ve helped organizations connect business outcomes with human potential—through strategy, leadership, and learning.

My work spans learning technologies, workforce engagement, instructional design, and program commercialization. I’ve built systems that help people do quality work while living meaningful lives.
