Hi! I’m Vitali Botvich – but you might know me better as the face behind The Interview platform or from one of my talks about how to break into IT or grow your career in tech.

I started my journey in IT over 10 years ago as a Business Analyst. Like many of you, I had to figure things out along the way—navigating the gap between business and tech, learning how to communicate with developers, stakeholders, and customers, and getting better with every sprint.

From Business Analyst, I grew into a Product Owner, and today I’m a Head of Product. I’ve led cross-functional teams, built products from scratch, managed complex API-driven platforms, and contributed to AI/ML initiatives—all while staying grounded in the fundamentals of good communication, user understanding, and structured thinking.

But here’s the part that really lights me up:
