Wen Zeng graduated from UC Berkeley in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and has worked in the United States since 2011 as a professional college admissions consultant. Over the years, she has guided hundreds of international students, new immigrants, and local American students through every stage of the application process. With deep knowledge of the U.S. education system and a strong understanding of the unique challenges faced by Chinese students, she combines academic planning expertise with thoughtful emotional support for younger learners.

As a UC Berkeley–certified college admissions and career planning advisor, Wen Zeng actively participates in major education fairs and admissions conferences, while also organizing student visits to high schools and college campuses. Her extensive experience enables her to provide highly personalized and effective guidance. She is especially well known for helping students gain admission with lower GPAs, creating individualized pathways, turning rejection letters into offers, and achieving outstanding results with transfer applications. To date, she has maintained a 100% success rate in placing transfer students into top 30 U.S. universities.
