Hi - four years ago I started my consulting firm because I was not living my authentic self. I was take the paths of others and not doing what I truly loved. So I transitioned from the 9-5 clock to the opportunity clock and I have been tick-tocking along happily. I love to connect and share with others and help people along their unique journey. 

My twenty years of experience serving as a teacher to that of district administrator in urban school districts, I've facilitate leadership coaching, professional development design and delivery, been a keynote speaker, problem solver and project implementation manager to name a few. These skills have been the right ingredients to serve as an agent of change for many individuals and organizations across the country. Along the way I have weaved John Maxwell’s work which has been a constant influence and embodies the traits and characteristics we all strive for, becoming a better YOU! And the best thing about it is that I can have fun while doing so. 

I received my Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from Palm Beach Atlantic University, my Master of Arts in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, and my Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Oklahoma. I'm an active member of Toastmasters International and Executive Women's Golf Association and travels when not helping others.
