Dr. Zhao Yingxu holds undergraduate and master's degrees in biology from Tsinghua University, and a doctorate in epidemiology and biostatistics from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
Dr. Zhao has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare and health insurance industry in China and the United States, covering areas including health and medical insurance policy, healthcare pricing, payment reform, as well as health insurance product development, provider network development, and cost control.
Dr. Zhao previously worked at the Ministry of Health of China, UnitedHealth Group, and China Taikang Insurance Group. He currently founded the "Health Insurance Technology" platform, focusing on applications in the health insurance industry. It provides full-lifecycle health insurance solutions, encompassing product development, service networks, and cost control.
